IRISH BOUZOUKI
This instrument is built like Greek bouzouki (originally three pair stringed). The differences are: flat body construction (Greek bouzouki has like a lute body) and the same strings in pairs (Greek bouzouki has one string one octave higher in bass pairs). The tuning used on this instrument is commonly chord – mandolin tuning or mandolin tuning both octave lower of course.
